Using RegStax 6 I was able to take this image and realign the RGB.



In the upper right there is a red color on the ring that I realigned with the RGB alignment tool.  I moved the little green box to that area, hit estimate and viola, it realigned the red.



After alignment, red is gone and color is realigned.  There is still a little blueish cast that I could probably tweak out with more editing but so far I'm happy :)
