I tried for a quick single shot of the new SN 2017eaw in the Fireworks Galaxy.  Looks to be around a magnitude 14



There is nothing scientific about my method of estimating the magnitude, so please take with a grain of salt.  My estimation could be entirely wrong, it was taken from my SNPP program ;)  Image was taken on Memorial Day weekend, May 28 2017

Will try in a few days to see if there is any change.
